Full time (On average works about 50-56 hours per week – Monday through Saturday.)
Experience with Mazak, Creative Control and SELCA Control
Experience with vertical and horizontal machines
Ability to set up machinery
Knowledge with high speed carbide tooling application
Apprentice to experienced Journeyman Machinist
Die Maker Position Description:Provide high quality die building capabilities, meeting both company and customer standards in a timely and cost efficient manner working in a team environment.
Line, Transfer and Progressive die build
Sheet and heavy metal dies
Experienced with component build and conventional build
Experienced Die Leaders and Journeyman Die Makers
CNC Programmer Position Description:Provide high quality NC Cutter path and related information in a timely and cost efficient manner working together in a team environment.
1+ Years CAD/CAM Programming Experience
Work with and create wire frame, surface and solid geometry
Generate 2D & 3D N/C cutter path for various CNC Machines
Generate Process/Line-up Sheets
MasterCam Software knowledge a plus
Machine operator experience a plus
